• Consultation Bookings: You may cancel your consultation booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
• Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to any of our recurring services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

• Missed Appointments: If an astrologer misses a scheduled appointment, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
• Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the consultation. We will review your case and, if deemed appropriate, issue a partial or full refund.
• Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties (such as connectivity issues) that prevent the completion of a consultation, you may request a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Completed Sessions: Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions unless there was a significant issue with the service quality.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
• No-Show by Customer: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
